Privacy Policy

CEX Screeners (“we”, “us”) operates the website and related services that show centralized exchange market data, watchlists, alerts, and paid subscriptions.

Account data. If you sign in with email we store your email address and authentication tokens. If you sign in with a wallet we store the public wallet address you connected — not your private keys or seed phrase. We never ask for those.

Product data. Watchlists, hidden coins, alert rules, notification preferences, and the plan attached to your account.

Payments. Invoices, selected token and network, the payer address, and the on-chain transaction hash. Crypto transfers are public on the relevant blockchain; we only keep what we need to activate and support your plan.

Usage. Standard server logs (IP address, user agent, requested path) for security and reliability. We do not sell advertising profiles of visitors.

To operate the screener, keep you signed in, deliver alerts, process upgrades, prevent abuse, and respond to support. We do not sell your personal information.

We use a session cookie (or equivalent) to keep you signed in, and local storage for screener preferences such as columns, sidebar state, and recent searches. You can clear these in your browser; signed-in watchlists and alerts remain on the server.

We share data with infrastructure we rely on (hosting, database, email delivery, and blockchain RPC) only to run the service. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and its users.

Account and billing records are kept while the account is active and for a limited period afterward for dispute and tax purposes. You can ask us to delete an account by emailing support@cexscreeners.com. Some payment hashes remain on public blockchains and cannot be erased.
