Terms of Service

CEX Screeners provides market screening, coin pages, listing feeds, watchlists, alerts, and optional paid features. Market data is aggregated from third-party exchanges and may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. The service is informational. We do not execute trades, hold customer funds, or provide investment advice.

You must be at least 18 and able to form a contract. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping access to your email or wallet. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, scrape in a way that harms others, or attempt to bypass plan limits.

Pro and Elite are billed in cryptocurrency at checkout. Prices, features, and limits are shown on the Subscription page and may change for future periods. On-chain payments are generally irreversible; we do not offer refunds except where required by law or when we cannot deliver the plan you paid for (for example, a failed activation after a confirmed transfer). Plans renew only if you start a new checkout — we do not auto-debit wallets.

Do not attack, overload, or reverse-engineer the service in a way that harms other users; do not use it to violate exchange terms or applicable law; and do not resell raw feed access unless we offer a public API plan that allows it.

The product design, brand, and software belong to us or our licensors. Exchange names and logos belong to those venues. You may not copy the product or imply an official partnership with an exchange we list.

The service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted access, error-free data, or that a listed market is tradeable on the venue at the moment you click Trade.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, missed listings, stale prices, failed deposits or withdrawals on an exchange, or wallet transactions you send to the wrong address. Our aggregate liability for a paid plan is limited to the amount you paid us for the current period.

We may update these terms. Continued use after the “Last updated” date means you accept the new terms. Material changes to a paid plan apply at the next checkout, not mid-period, unless the law requires otherwise.
